When creating your account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. After registration, Heybajee may request additional documentation for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate.
Accounts created with false information or using another person's identity will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be suspended and the full balance may be forfeited. Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your Heybajee account secure. Keep your password and login credentials private and do not share them with anyone.
All bets, transactions, and activities made from your account will be considered your own. Heybajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access, unless it is clearly attributable to a fault in our systems.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from Heybajee. Withdrawals may be held pending if verification has not been completed.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. However, withdrawals requiring verification or involving large amounts may take up to 3 business days. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Odds in Live Betting change from moment to moment. If the odds shift between the time a bet is placed and the time it is accepted, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or declined. If a bet is not accepted due to network delays, the user will be notified immediately.
Cash Out may not be available on all events and markets. The value offered for Cash Out is determined by current market conditions. Cash Out may be temporarily unavailable when the system is busy or a market is suspended.

If Heybajee suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, or suspend the account. This includes creating multiple accounts, sharing bets with other users, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
The welcome bonus is available exclusively to newly registered users on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically a set multiple of the deposit plus bonus amount. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x, you must place bets totalling 10 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Heybajee. Violations may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
Heybajee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any reason. Typically, account action is taken for the following reasons:
If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If termination is at the user's own request or due to inactivity, any valid balance will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Heybajee provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain the highest quality of service, there may be circumstances in which service is disrupted for which we cannot be held liable.
In all circumstances, Heybajee's maximum liability shall be limited to the principal amount of the relevant transaction. Claims for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages will not be accepted.
